Two fifty-game hit streaks...in the same season...on the same team...at the same time!

when the season finishes, check the league BA... if it's ~normal witha wide-berth, then no worries... if it's insanely high, you may want to auto-calc the LTM.
or, maybe you like it that way... (hypothetical - if it is "off" or not)

I just set it to 1921 settings. Considering a lot of .400 seasons happened in that decade, everything looks pretty normal so far. Sisler and Williams are the only .400+ hitters in either league, and will probably fall back a bit now that their streaks are over.

so, compared to other decades, that may not be as rare as it seems... all i meant... if ltm's were auto-calced, i'd be onthe side that it's quite rare, even if elevated compared to other eras.
does importing the League totals and other stuff also auto-calc the LTM? defintiely important any time the totals are changed (rhetorical, could be of no interest to you, i understand) it's easy to have it setup to essentially make rare things not so rare and not even realize it... aslong as baseline is ~near that estimated slash, it's very likely been auto-calced and all is good. deveiation can be expected, but nothing extreme like ~15-20% swing for most things (maybe SB att can swing that much). |
