Minor League Rosters Forced

For many years I've never had issues like this with my minor league system. I play out every game, control all moves & transaction for my team in minors. Seems like it started with last version that I'd see my minors would vary from my set lineups. Batting order, once in a while player played another position. But this year version 18 & especially the last patch I'm getting some minor league players in totally different position, with most glaring just happening of Yoan Moncada (2b-3b) whom I have batting 2nd in lineup as 2nd baseman was placed at CATCHER batting 8th, catcher playing 3rd, 3rd baseman playing 2nd base and things like that. Moncada has no rating at catcher only 2nd base & 3rd base. I also have a catcher in my High A team that will catch for only 4 games in a row then at 5th will be benched. I have substitution set at IF STARTER TIRED. He never gets tired because he's subbed every 4th game.
Has this happened to anyone else? Or is happening to anyone else
