Fantasy players or names missing

I'm not seeing a 40-man roster, nor pitchers for 3 of my minor league teams.

What game mode is this?

You may just have 40-man rosters turned off.

Ah, yes. I should have remembered that. I overlooked that setting, sorry.
But what about the lack of pitchers? I've only got 32 pitchers in my farm system of 6 teams. I'd set up a standard major league system with the real teams, and had the game do the inaugural draft. My team is the Dodgers; I see that the DBacks have 75 pitchers in their minors, Colorado has 77, San Diego 75, and SF has 76.
