Negro League Rules?
When starting an historical league, you may click the option to Import Real Minor Leagues, one of which is the Negro National League (at least in 1921, the year I used in a test) . Then, under League Settings, Rules, you need to have the Negro National League in focus in order to see something called Negro League Rules.
What are they? What effect does clicking this checkbox on or off have in the game?

Off means any player can play in the league
On means only African and Hispanic players are allowed.

Spritze, thanks. So Negro Leagues Rules = reverse of the MLB Color Barrier Rule. In other words, if you want to disable euro ethnicities from entering the Negro National League, then you set the Negro Leagues Rules on by checking this box (or leaving it checked, since it seems to be on by default).

Thanks to both of you - Dejà bru for pursuing this question, and Spritze for solving the mystery at last !
