Hit and Error on the same play

I have never seen a play scored as a single and an error allowing the runner to get to 2nd. It's always just an error.

Just wondering if this is possible in OOTP.

I have seen it at least twice in the season I just completed.

If the scorer decided he beat it out and then the throw sailed into stands that would be a single with an error happens a lot actually

Seen it plenty of times too, usually on an outfielder overrunning a ball.

I've played 100's of games if not a 1000 games and I have never seen a slow roller where the fielder throws to first, the runner actually beats it out, but the throw is an error allowing the runner to move up, scored as a hit and an error. If anyone has seen a hit and then a error scored please post a screen shot or something. There a so many times I see a fast runner look like in 3D that he would beat the throw and then goes to second on a bad throw. It's always scored as a error.

This is what I was talking about, I've need seen this happen in the game either, even though it happens quite often in real life.
