Trophies

Anybody know why the MLB and the other foreign leagues get trophies for their MVP, Cy Young etc but none of the independent league or WBC players get trophies? Is that something that can be tweaked?

indy leagues are treated as minors and minor leagues don't get trophies but their player accomplishments are listed in the accomplishments page under minor awards.

I'm assuming tournaments and winter league awards are there as well.

Thanks. That's what I figured. I guess you could alter the independent and make it into a major league or international league but then I think the AI might start coming after some real players. So probably best to leave it as such.

It's not that. If you set the finances low enough the indy major league will know it's place in terms of free agents they will go after but the problem is then indy players will start accumulating service years so that screws things up when you want to sign an indy player to your major league and they think they are a 6 year vet instead of an indy player happy to take the major league minimum.
