League Restructure in Challenge Mode

I have league evolution turned on with relocation also turned on. The A's moved to Jacksonville, but because we're not allowed to change the leagues of a team, Jacksonville is stuck in the AL West.
I don't see how having league restructure turned off is so bad - sure, if you stick a league full of expansion teams in the same league, you have a great shot to win 140+. However, there are so many more issues with challenge mode being exploited at the moment than setting up the division full of expansion teams. This could easily be fixed, too - check the team history, and if it has less than 10 seasons then you can't lump them into one division.
Even currently, you can still sort of exploit the league structure - lump all expansion teams into one division. Turning on the edit league structure would not wreck the expansion team dilemma, as it still could happen in saves.
I just don't like seeing relocation be completely turned off in the future because we can't edit the divisions. Please consider turning the edit league structure option back in.

yes it's very frustrating. I've since quit challenge mode because of it

I don't do Challenge Mode anymore due to some other settings(mostly injury frequency not being realistic-modern day), but this one is bad as well.

I love realism and challenge, but I don't like how Challenge mode is set up. It appears to be a way of preventing the player from cheating. As far as making the game more challenging, I don't see it.
