Historic Players, anyone do this?

Okay, I have a fictional league and I am 11 seasons in. I now want to spice it up a little and have 1 historic player enter the draft each season.

I have Babe in this years draft and I had him created from 1913, so in the draft he's a half a star pitcher and my scouting report says he'll never be anything in the majors.

Does anyone do this, bring in a historic player into their fictional league, and if so, did you add Babe? Does he change positions at some point to OF? I'm just wondering why he would be rated as a half a star prospect.

If you import Babe as a P he will always stay a P. You can edit his position at a later date as I did in my ABF league at age 31 and he still hit 1021 HR he also won 213 games. Try a rescout on him, also his rookie year was 1914 not 1913.
I have several historic players in my league and i will have Babe as a hitter in the near future.
