What Historical Flips Do I switch?
Basically, I want to know what I have to do to create a league where players are imported from all eras, while also having a dedicated minor league that responds to the expansion of the MLB
Edit: Title should be "Historical switches do I flip?" Last edited by PoopyJoe69; 05-11-2017 at 05:33 PM. |

under league settings, historical tab
there is a box to check "use random rookies from all eras". this should do what you're asking. As for part two of your question, i believe when you create your game you need to select the tab to "import and maintain real minor leagues". (this means you CANNOT create or use your own minor leagues. And the game doesn't create minor leagues until the Fed league in 1914, i think that's the year, and Texas League until 1919, and the PCL in 20 or '21. All teams don't get minors until the mid 1930's.) You'll also have to check the box to automatically expand league, if you want real major league expansion. That is also in the historical tab. You need to have real minor leagues to get real minor league players into your game. (well, there is a complicated and time consuming way around that, but i don't think it's what you're looking at.) Good luck.
