Suggestions about coaches, etc..

1) The catcher can give you an update on how your pitchers are doing (is Carlos Martinez not pitching well in the bullpen before the game starts - Yadier Molina can suggest that someone else starts because of what he is seeing. You can ask the pitching coach about it, and he can agree with the catcher, or give his own opinion ("He looks good to me").

2) You can ask your hitting coach who would be the best bench player to pinch hit in the game (Bases loaded, bottom of the 9th, 2 out. and chapman is pitching. "Hey coach, I think this guy should pinch hit. He is 4 for 5 in his career against Chapman and he should be able to win the game for us".

3) More interaction with all your coaching staff. Tell your pitching coach to have this guy work on a new forkball, or slider. Have your hitting coach work with a hitter to strike out less and hit for more contact. Tell your scout to go to Japan and find talent - the scout can refuse because he has already been to Japan 3 times in the last 2 months and he hasn't found anyone good.

4) Relationships for you - it was in a previous game, but got taken out for some reason.

5) More storylines - say your star pitcher is unhappy, so he skipped a game to go play golf, making his teammates mad at him. How will you handle that situation?
