Tournament/Winter League Problems

I'm having a couple of issues with this new feature, and they're happening across any and all league files (existing or newly-created).

1 - The league modifiers don't change. Before the most-recent patch, even the league totals wouldn't change; now they do, and correctly reflect the current year, but the modifiers beside them all still stay at 1.000. Putting a checkmark in the box to "automatically adjust" them doesn't work, and neither does manually clicking the "Auto-Calc Modifiers" button.

2 - If I try to add a winter league to the game, during Step 2 where you select "Tournament Type" it won't let me select the WL option (unless I use the pre-existing AFL template). I can click it in the drop-down menu, and it'll change to "Winter League", but as soon as I change one of the other options or advance to the next page, it defaults back to "Tournament". However, I'm not sure if this is actually a problem, or just a cosmetic issue, because once it's been created I can go to the "Tournament and Teams" section and change the type from tournament to winter league, and it finally sticks.
