draft order is still wrong

I am playing with the newest patch but the draft order is still wrong.

I created a new game with the latest patch and I am not seeing where the order is different than what is on mlb.com.

The Astros have both the 56th pick (R2P20) and the compensation pick (Pick 39 in Round 2).

The Cardinals first pick is Round 3 (pick 19).

I think you are right, I might have done a "restore from backup" instead of a fresh start game. The import/export of draft order is not working right

When was the backup created? Was it an earlier version of 18?
