Market Size Changes

Does anybody know at what point the game will make changes to these? I'm trying to control them (it would be nice if we could have a check box that disabled these changes) and need to know when I need to check whether any changes have occurred.

Market Size and Fan Loyalty changes happen on the first day of the offseason. If you're controlling the team it happens too you will get an email notification.
