Problem with PE2 Editor

I've downloaded the PE2 editor and after I install it and try and open the program I get the following error messages:
"error reading PositionList-Strings: AWin32API function failed"
"Access violation at address BFF459EA in module'USER32.DLL' Read of address 7F90FC40"
