Request: 32 Teams, No Divisions, Balanced With Interleague

Shouldn't be too hard to create...just 2 16-team subleagues.

But I haven't been able to find one.

This works itself into 52 series fairly well, if you "fake" the existence of four-team divisions for scheduling purposes.

- 10 games vs. each of 15 subleague opponents (5H/5A in 4 series vs. "division", 4H/6A or 6H/4A in 3 series vs. everyone else)
- 3 games vs. each of 4 interleague opponents (3H or 3A in 1 series)
- 162 games total (81H/81A in 52 series)
