General Manager Only/Challenge Mode: Assistant GM locked Controls

Started a GM only Role in Challenge mode league.

Managed a AAA team for one season getting to game 7 of the Round 2/Title Series and lost.

Was offered a job as GM of CWS.

When setting up my Team Controls, I noticed that the Asst. GM is locked into roles that I would think should be locked to GM:

Active Roster Moves (Demotions, Promotions, DL, etc)
Transactions (Signing Free Agents, Releasing Players etc)
Initiate/React to Trades

Another player showed me his screen shot and those 3 roles are locked to the GM while mine are locked to the Asst. GM.

As a followup...

I quit the CWS job and noticed when your unemployed, you can change to GM+manager and unlock everything.

I think when I went right from AAA manager to GM, it locked to whatever GM I took over for.

The second time, I quit my AA manager job and made sure while unemployed to switch those three to my control before switching back to GM only mode. Then took an open CIN GM job (PIT was open but I think by quitting while having a contract still going, it decreased my reputation)

I'm now locked to control trades, signings and roster moves like the game intends.

I think the bug exists where when you jump from minor league manager to GM in GM only mode, it defaults to AI control being locked onto those 3 controls when it should lock the human to those three controls.

I had this exact same issue except I was in GM+Manager mode

They are intended to be locked, but they should be locked to you (ie. you can't designate them to the AI in challenge mode).

We'll be sure to fix that for the next patch.
