Demotion arrow below lowest level

I don't remember ever seeing this before in previous versions so I have to believe it may be at the very least a cosmetic bug. In this particular league there are only 3 basic levels of minors AAA,AA and A. The Red demotion arrow is listed for guys in Single A

(Or maybe the game is telling me to release the players)

It's been reported but not fixed. I suspect that it only shows up on the minors of the human controlled team as of build 40.
