Screen error when leaving in the middle of a game

There seems to be a screen error when I leave a game I am playing out in the middle.
So if I click on "Save and Leave" while playing out a game and go look at the box scores for other games, I get the following screen.
Its hard to tell from this screenshot but the black parts on the side and on the bottom actually show the remains of the game screen when I was playing the game out. It kind of flashes between black and the remains of the game screen.
