License question

So basically the computer I plan on playing ootp on doesn't have internet access and I'm wondering if I'm able to use another computer (with internet) to buy a license and use it on the computer without internet if that makes sense

I think you have to have internet access at least once to activate the game. But once it's activated it doesn't need an internet connection any more.
