Background Blank?

When setting up a cutom league, the background of the screen doesn't have any color to it. It makes it kind of hard to see. How would i go about fixing this?

(Don't me the ballpark in the background, the screen where you would set up all your cities, diisions, ect.)

Have you tried changing the 3D setting in the game config in the OOTP5 folder? If this doesn't help try d/l direct X 9 if you have not already.
