Mills Minors (Double A) Join Date: Mar 2016 Location: New Zealand Posts: 103	Minor League Free Agency I have been playing OOTP for the last 4 years and I still don't quite get how minor league free agency works. Can someone provide me with an explanation, or a link to an explanation please? I guess my main two queries are when does a player become free agent eligible if they have never left the minors their whole career so have no MLB service time and how does it work for players who have bounced up and down between the minors and the 40 man roster? Is it time as a professional that matters or service time or a combination of the two? Thanks
