Adjusting 3D camera view

I don't like the view "from the roof" in the new 3D Atlanta stadium. I want it to be more like the view "from the press box" in other stadiums. How can I adjust this? It seems that I have punched every +/- button available, but none of them change this viewing angle. They just move the camera left/right or zoom in/out.

Try using the mouse and the wheel on the picture of the park itself. Left mouse button will tilt it. Right mouse button will let you move it left/right or up/down. The wheel is the zoom.
