Bought thru Steam - save to cloud?

I know that Steam and OOTP don't support Steam cloud. Is there an easy way to save to Onedrive or Dropbox (preferably Onedrive) so I can play the league on both my laptop and desktop?

I believe this has been tried before with no luck. The best thing I have been able to come up with is that I have made a portable version of the game on a USB flash drive. So it is just plug and play on any computer. You use the same save game since it is stored on the USB drive as well.
