No 3d Highlights on Laptop

Hi there are no highlights post game on my laptop. But on my desktop it works. All video cards are updated i can play the game in 3d it is beautiful and best one yet. Just do let me know about the highlights i have even been in settings and done it all. Is this an issue for anyone else..

When you mention no highlights, is the option for highlights not even being selected, or do you mean when you view highlights you don't see any 3D action?

In terms of settings, in the main settings page generating highlights is controlled there, so please verify that that is set correctly. If you are not seeing 3D, please verify that you have 3D movements set to save for all leagues. And when viewing highlights, the in-game options will default to what you view games as normally, so you may need to go watch a game first to get those options set correctly (those are controlled at the machine level, so would have to be set for every computer you play the game on).

Hi Matt. Apologies for the late response. I meant the game I can watch in 3D but there is no highlights option on the main page. Despite me having it set to all of the above on my desktop and laptop. It is a hp i5 but 3D while viewing the game works perfectly I just cannot see the highlights. That is what I meant. The option next to the score on the top right doesn't appear. Hope I am describing it correctly

If you're not seeing the highlights link show up there, it most likely means that no highlights were stored for the game. Please verify your game settings to make sure highlights are being stored for the games you want them to be stored for.

I assume there is no solution this issue correct

First off, the settings will only apply for games played under the settings, so do you still not get them as you play forward with the above settings?

Next, if you go to your saved game folder, under the "replays" folder, do you have files with names like "highlights_1234.rpl"? Those are the actual highlight files that we save. If they are present for your specific games but aren't showing the highlights link in the schedule window and other places that we can show highlights, we can look more into why that might be.
