Stars forced to hire a new coach TWICE in one day due to retirements

Have had plenty of bizarre stuff happening in my save, but this one tops it.

Yeah, it'll occasionally happen like that because of the way the coaching retirements and replacements are sequenced - Flynn was going to retire regardless of any new job. I think we'll have to modify that a bit to exclude guys very close to retiring from getting hired, but I'll have to be careful about how - don't want to completely exclude the possibility of a guy like 60's getting hired, particularly at lower levels.

Also might Retired Players automatically become a Personal/Staff Free-Agent when Retire in Game.
