Got lots of support there Its an option in the Football manager series, and I think itd be useful for OOTP too. The option is that instead of "Initiate/React to trades" as one option, it would be two different options, you could have the Assistant GM make trade offers, but you have to finalize them to go thru, so the CPU doesnt make any dumb trades. Same for them finding prospects, you have to finalize the signing
