Camera view problem?
When going to wide view (or starting in wide view after the problem) the 3d view is completely black - see screen shots
This is the sequence of events..... I added 3 new camera positions to Fenway and then went into an exhibition game to see what they looked like in game. The game started on default as that's where it was set. All was as it should be. I then tested each new view for an innings or so, then I clicked back to the wide camera (first screenshot) As you can see all is black. Clicking back onto other cameras all is right again. Then I went back into the editor and clicked wide view and that is showing correctly. (screenshot 2) Back into the game and wide still showing black. (same as screenshot 1) I then went back into the editor, clicked the wide view and saved it as a new view with a different name (test wide) View is still all black (screenshot 3) Changed to to other views and all fine (screenshots 4 + 5 in second post) |

Black view
Hey Matt Uk,
I guess this is happening because the wide camera is very neer to the wall, so you see the black wall in game mode in front of the camera. Just go to edit mode, choose the wide view camera and zoom in a bit. Save the cam and play another game. That should fix this. Please tell me if it worked |

Thanks Jorin, that has cured it. When I tried zooming out one notch in the editor it went to the view of the black wall which like you say is what it must have been showing. So once I zoomed forward a bit like you said and saved it's now fine in the game.
