Trouble with Tourneys

I somehow messed up my tournament. I created a world with 40 leagues in 40 different countries and created a tournament to have them to compete in after the end of their seasons. I originally made the tourney for 32 teams. I was noticing that there were some strange things happening with team selection. (The US wasn't chosen in either of the first two tournaments, being passed over for teams from Indonesia and Austria. It seems unlikely that the US wouldn't be one of the 32 best leagues at least one of the first two years if not both.) I decided to just add 8 more teams and let everybody play. I did this through the league settings menu. Now I had 8 divisions with 5 teams each. I scheduled each league to play 12 games. When the tournament arrived, none of those games were played. The engine chose 8 teams to move on and started with the playoff portion of the tournament instead of the "regular season" portion. I tried summing to the next off-season and generating a schedule but that didn't work. I tried summing to the preseason, to the team selection, to the roster selection, and to a couple of days before the season started and it still skipped the 12 games before the playoff. Any ideas what I did wrong or how to fix it?

Did you assciate all the leagues to the tournament? Its in the tournament settings

I'm betting that was it. I went in an associated all 40 leagues with the tournament, made a couple of adjustments to the schedule, and started a test sim. Here's hoping.

Hmm...still no "regular season" games. I'm going to try generating a schedule once the teams have been selected again.
