Fielder Placehold Location File

Is there a file that holds the data for the placement of the fielders?

This is probably my biggest gripe with OOTP - not being able to move the name placeholders in 3D via right click. Instead, you have to go to broadcast view and move them there. Then, they don't exactly line up correctly in 3D so you have to keep tweaking them to get them just so.

This data must be saved in a file somewhere, one that's hopefully editable/transferable from 17 to 18 as I already have all 30 teams' fields set up correctly.

Where did you do that it in 17; with what file/s? Or through the tedious process you just described ?

I didn't. I did it all by dragging as described. LOOKING for the file that has this data so I can just move it over to 18.

I wish the expanded fielder location information with pictures was like the name tags.. those move around the field with the players before the play per shifting.

Maybe the name only tags could show the fielding ratings?

Currently, the large boxes are based on the locations in broadcast view. We'll get around eventually to separating them out and making them editable in-game, but that won't be in by tomorrow.

The main problem with adding more info to the small tags is that since they move around, they tend to overlap more, and the bigger boxes are going to be even more of a problem for that.

Just a line underneath with ratings would be cool.
