For making tournaments work with Fictional mode as well.

Only question I have,I just created a custom world tournament. Are national teams assigned to divisions randomly?

If you have the nations auto-selected, then yes, they will be assigned randomly. Well, we basically internally rank the nations and place them in a snake order, so if you're running the 16-team league division 1 will have teams 1, 8, 9, and 16, div 2 will have teams 2, 7, 10, and 15, etc...

If you manually choose nations, obviously you can assign the teams yourself.

ok,where do you go to toggle manual auto selection,also too how many national teams are offered?

League setup page. If you go to the configuration page, you should be able to add/change/move teams around, and then when the nations get picked, they should go into the divisions as you have it specified.
