Goalie settings not working

Playing in GM only mode, in my second season with the Canucks, nearly every team is using the same goalie in every game. With 40 games gone, my coach has given Demko all the starts. Even in a back to back set. With half a season gone, 18 goalies have played at least 30 games. Carey Price has the 6th most wins and also 4th most losses etc.

Also noticed I only have three back to back sets all season and it looks like other teams don't have many of them either. Is that the reason for this? Will things return to normal after this season and the Olympics? Is it because I had the expansion in the offseason?

Things seemed fine in the 1st season. Other than Rinne having only 12 games and Mazanec "beating" him for the #1 spot.

You're updated to the most recent version? There was an issue where that could happen in GM-only, but it was fixed in 3.4.116. And just to be sure, check Game-Setup/Options to see if "Use goalie start settings" is on.

Expansion is probably the reason for the limited number of back-to-back games - the schedule has to be rebuilt, and the routines that do that tend to avoid back-to-backs. That may have something with the high number of goalie starts on other teams.
