Slow Pawns?

Anyone else hope that the pawns will move off the field more quickly in the new version (or if a spacebar could wipe them off so that you don't have to watch them)? I remember this being painstakingly slow (maybe I missed a key or something in the help)

just click the mouse or any key on keyboard ..... problem solved

Just don't double-click or you'll throw the first pitch of the next inning before everyone has gotten back from the concession stands.
