Promotion and Relegation League
How do I setup a fictional Promotion and Relegation league in FHM03?

Not possible in FHM3, unfortunately. The relegation/promotion leagues that exist in the modern game each require us to do some custom coding, and sometimes extra tournament creation, to work.
