Automatic Intentional Walk Toggle

(Before I say this, I should preface it with: Bleep Rob Manfred.)

I know this wouldn't be a major change to OOTP itself, because it only affects pitch count. From an OOTP perspective, automatic walks are just walks that don't increase the pitch count.

This may also affect the "must pitch to one batter or retire the side" restriction, but we don't know the wording of the rule yet.

i didn't think baseball could do worse than Selig. i have my doubts after this auto intentional walk rule. I've seen wild pitches, Home Runs hit, and bases stolen when actually throwing intentional walks. Oh well. i'm still mad over the DH rule, so what do i know?

An IBB by the opposing team is a fan participation opportunity. It gives fans four pitches to boo. Isn't fan participation what we want?
