Wild Pitches

This is something I've noticed over time, but whenever there is a wild pitch or passed ball with a runner on third base, they are safe at home - they are never thrown out by the catcher. Another thing I've noticed is that right before a passed ball or wild pitcher it says "Here's the p$b5w" or something instead of "Here's the pitch" If fixed, thank you.

If they are thrown out then it's not a wild pitch, but you are right that that play is not in the game.

This has been a longstanding issue, although, as bugs go, it's certainly not a major one.
