sprague All Star Starter Join Date: Aug 2011 Posts: 1,948	Historical Draft Is there a change in 18 back to the format of ootp 16 where in regular historical games (no hist minors) the next season players can come in to their teams or the draft right after the season as used to be, and no fictional players are created anymore. I stopped playing historical in 17 for that reason.
