College league

Any tips on making a college league? I see a place where I can restrict the ages of players, but I wonder if when someone hits the age limit are they thrown out of the league mid-season? Is there a better way to handle player turnover?

Players that reach/ exceed age limit (based on settings) do not get released in the middle of the season (the game waits until the season is over).
