Disable playoffs
I'm a league If you disable playoffs does the team with the best record end up as champions?

I would point out the real-life situation where some leagues considered the club with the best regular season record the 'league champion' while the team winning the playoffs was the 'playoff champion'. OOTP does not make nor allow such distinctions at present, unfortunately.

I don't think any minor league does it anymore, but certainly some did for a period of time.
