Great memories of OOTP 17 before it fades away...

Just thought I'd share one of the great "moments" I've seen on OOTP 17 recently. These little things, however they get programmed, really make the game for me.

1. I had a slugger, but horrendously slow baserunner, get walked and became my sole baserunner - on first base obviously.
Behind him, one of my fastest base running guys came up to bat and drove a long one into the right field corner, where the ball rattled around. By the time I took my eyes of the ball and RF defensive player, I saw my lead baserunner (slow guy) barely rounding third and heading home.
My trailing baserunner (fleet foot) was already halfway to third and closing fast. I could just see fleet foot pawn guy with imaginary arms waving and yelling at slow guy to hurry the F up!!! (and "see" slow guy huffing for all he was worth just to move as slow as he was). It was hilarious.

Ended up an RBI triple - but should have been an in the park HR if only slow guy wasn't so slow...

Here's hoping these funny/cool moments continue into OOTP 18 and beyond.
