News articles generated as players advance up the all-time leaderboards

Not sure if this already exists but I don't recall seeing it so far in my 5 seasons of playthrough - the idea is that as a player gets into the top twenty or so on the all-time list that a news story is generated each time they move up a place.

This would work best with the cumulative stats (hits, games, doubles, etc) but could also be generated on retirement for other stats (batting average, OBP, etc).

For example it's 2019 in my world and Albert Pujols is poised to tie Sammy Sosa for 8th in all-time Home Runs. It would be great to see that occasion - both tying and overtaking - noted with a news item.
