Question about playing as GM only.

Can I fire the head coach? If so, how?

Also,as GM, is it my responsibility to determine who is dressed on the roster screen, or will the Head Coach do that? I know that I can change it, but if I don't ever mess with it, will the HC make changes as he sees fit?

You can, but the owner may not let you if he feels the team doesn't have a valid reason to fire the coach at the moment. The head coach will make his own lineup changes, yes.
