How do I set Lines?

I'm in PtG, with a Head Coach.
For some reason the Head Coach is not setting lines after I cleared the lines, expecting the HC to re-set the lines.
How do I actually go about setting lines?
I looked in the manual and, unless I missed it, it doesn't actually say how to set lines.

The game won't let me advance until I've set my lines.

I can't fire the Head Coach because the team owner won't allow it.
There is no option that I can find that sets lineups.
I can't drag the player to the lineup.
Right-clicking a player doesn't seem to give me the option.

I couldn't add more players because I was at the maximum number of players for that league. The league has a low number of maximum players that are allowed to be on contract.

I didn't have enough players to fill a full lineup because two of my players were on the injury list.

I had 19 of 20 needed players.

Therefore I could do nothing because the AI for the Head Coach would not fill the lineup because there weren't 20 players on the active roster.

The game FHM didn't allow me to play the next hockey game.
I was stuck.

What I had to do was release the 2 players on the injury list and hire 2 more players.

There should be some way I could force playing a hockey game/match without having a full lineup, or the AI should realize the situation and let me play anyways.

Playing in sandbox mode, I am the acting GM Only, however, I have it that I set lineups, make roster moves etc. I interpret that as I can make decisions who is a scratch and who can dress. As well as determine the lines. Correct? If so, I am having no luck editing my lines. I have 20 players dressed, ask the assistant to set the lines. Cannot switch players between lines.

So, I clear the lines, try to set them from the beginning. Still no luck.

Cannot find anything in the manual about how to move players.

This would seem like a basic feature that requires little to make these moves.

I have tried previous versions of the game but have had no luck in getting involved because of all the quirks. Have been reading the forum and reviews and it now seems to be all good, however, shortly into my experience and frustration is growing.

Been an avid OOTP player for years.

Think I have it figured out...If I'm GM I can set who dresses and is a scratch but cannot edit lines.
