Still generating players with feeder leagues?

I have settings set to "feeder league players only" and even have generate players for x rounds set to 0 yet the came continued to generate players resulting in stacked draft classes. Any advice?

i am not certain exactly what the issue is .... but if you're having problems with lots of fictional players appearing in your Free Agency and/or the draft, this may help:

this can only be done in preseason -
1 -check your amateur draft page.... if the box to hold an amateur draft is checked, uncheck it.
2 -a box should appear under it now, that says something along the line generate fictional players. (i am not at my game computer, so can't post a pic or get exact wording down).
3 - check that box so game doesn't create fictional players in FA or draft.
4 - recheck the box for amateur draft, so it will be held when you have it scheduled.

maybe i misunderstood your description on the problem, but hope this helps as it's the only way i know to stop player creation. Maybe someone with more wisdom on the game can address your issue, if this wasn't it. Good luck..

Feeders give you what they give you. They churn out 8-14 players into the draft every season. Each. If you want fewer players in your draft class then you need to use fewer feeder teams or cap their rosters. That limit players for x rounds only works on the auto generated draft class.

Thats thing I have the feeder leagues set to the standard equation. I have plenty of feeder league players the game is just generating random players that would fill up a draft class that wasn't using feeders.

This should work. The I have the perfect amount of feeder league players it's just generating random players as if I wasn't using feeder leagues. Thanks!
