New JOB, Double head coach??

I have accepted a new job. The Titans hire me as head coach but thier have already a head coach. But no GM. The game stop and bug after few days.

They offered you the job by sending you a message, correct? i.e., you didn't get it by applying for a job that was listed under the available jobs screen? I think we may need to see the save to figure out what's gone wrong; instructions for uploading it to our ftp site are here, or you can put it on a file sharing site like filedropper.com or dropbox and send me the link.
