Fictional League Creation (but in a different way)

Hello all,

I need some guidance after 10 versions of OOTP, I still can't figure out this problem.

I'm hoping you can help. I want to put a league into OOTP that was borne out of a C&D project. (that's cards and dice).

This league is fictional, and the players are fictional. I want to enter their C&D derived stats and build a world around it. I want OOTP to take the raw data and convert it into OOTP ratings.

Does anyone remember APBA Wizard? That's what I want for OOTP.

I've tried the historical league route of building my own master.csv, batters.csv, etc.....and that does not work. It doesn't even recognize Lahman's master.csv.

So, am I dreaming here? Should this request go to the OOTP 18 suggestion section? Or am I missing something?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
