I just saw a post with these player modules, how do you get them to look so realistic? All I can get is those little chess looking pieces.

Unless there is a mod out there that I am unaware of, I bet that is a background picture for a 2D stadium, not a 3D stadium which uses those "chess looking pieces." Realistic ballgame animation is a bit down the road for this game.
