Head coach tactics/in game tactics

Playing as the wings in sandbox mode I have a coach that has a 5 for in game tactics so I never have the tactical advantage. When I go into commissioner mode I can edit some of the coachs stats, but I can't change the tactics rating. Is their another way to do this? I would really love to try out the in game tactics when I have the advantage.

Also it seems you can't boost your ratings at seasons end based on your previous years? Is this feature only available in PTG mode?

You should be able to edit the Tactics rating now, it was changed in today's update.

Right now, the stat improvements are only in PtG mode - they're based on the score achieved for that year, which is only available in PtG.
