Let's say a player participates in a Single-A minor league postseason series that runs from Sept 1st thru Sept 6th. Then on Sept 7th that player gets promoted from the Single-A team to the Double-A team. That player will then no longer appear on the playoff coverage screen as having participated in the Single-A series and accumulated stats... When this happens to a few players, you might end up seeing, as an example, that the series went 5 games, but only three pitchers are listed with a total of maybe 10 innings pitched.
