Cooperstown all time greats quickstart

Hello, relatively new player here. At the end of the description for the All Time Greatest quickstart, it says to check the forums for Cooperstown's NPL and Negro Leagues all time greats quickstarts as well as a quickstart that merges those two with MLB for a 40 team league. I'm interested in the 40 team combined one but I can't find it anywhere. Can someone point me in the right direction? Many thanks.

Thanks albatross but the Cooperstown all time greats file I'm seeing there appears to be the 30-team one that's included with the game.

Also the one he wants is from an older version of Game and not up to date because like for Indians Miller and so on need to be on the Indians and like Cubs like Baez and so on.
