Help creating a Fall league in my Game

So I started a standard OOTP game and I'm in the year 2020. All leagu settings are standard however I want to add a Fall/Winter league where I can have players play in the off season. Does anyone know how to do this?!

Im sure I could do it much easier if I started a new save but I dont want to loose my progress. If someone could walk me through with steps I will be forever greatful!

Go to league settings, make sure you're on the ML page, and there is a button that says add minor league.
